Trigger a Manual Sync
Force a sync to refresh domain data after changes at your registrar.
Use this after you make updates at the registrar (DNS, nameservers, renewals).
Steps
- Open Integrations in Domain Collective.
- Locate the relevant registrar integration card.
- Click Sync Now.
- Wait for the status to return to Synced.
Verify
- Updated domain info is visible in the dashboard.
- DNS records or nameserver changes appear correctly.
Troubleshooting
- Sync stuck: Wait a few minutes and retry once.
- Rate limit: Avoid repeated syncs in short intervals.
