Update Integration Credentials

Replace expired or rotated API credentials for an existing integration.

Use this when a registrar token expires or you rotate credentials.

Steps

  1. Generate a new credential in your registrar dashboard. Use the relevant registrar guide for exact steps:
  2. In Domain Collective, open Integrations.
  3. Find the integration card and click Update Credentials.
  4. Paste the new credential values and save.
  5. Trigger a manual sync to confirm it works.

Verify

  • The integration status returns to Synced.
  • Recent domain data refreshes correctly.

Troubleshooting

  • Auth error persists: Ensure you used the correct account and environment.
  • Namecheap errors: Confirm Domain Collective IPs are still whitelisted.
