Refund Policy

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges, so refunds do not apply. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

After the refund window, cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. You retain access until then.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@collective.domains with:

  • Your account email
  • Invoice ID
  • Reason for refund

We process eligible refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period
  • After cancellation, you revert to the Free plan

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund if:

  • Your account violated our Terms of Service
  • The request is beyond the refund window
  • The request appears abusive
