Refund Policy

Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges, so refunds do not apply. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
Paid Subscriptions

| Monthly | Full refund within 7 days of charge |
| Annual | Full refund within 30 days of charge |
After the refund window, cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. You retain access until then.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@collective.domains with:
- Your account email
- Invoice ID
- Reason for refund
We process eligible refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
- Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing
- Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period
- After cancellation, you revert to the Free plan
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if:
- Your account violated our Terms of Service
- The request is beyond the refund window
- The request appears abusive
