Common issues and how to resolve them

Connection Failed During Setup

Double-check that your API credentials are correct and that you've met all prerequisites for your registrar. For Namecheap, ensure your IP address is whitelisted and API access has been approved.

Domains Not Showing Up

Try manually syncing your integration from the integrations page. If domains still don't appear, check that your API credentials have permission to list domains.

DNS Changes Not Saving

Ensure you have the Indie or Pro plan for full DNS management. Also verify that your API credentials have permission to modify DNS records at your registrar.

Gandi Token Expired

Gandi Personal Access Tokens expire after a maximum of 1 year. You'll need to generate a new token and update your credentials in the integrations page.
